Mr. Prashant Gupta is the Executive Director of Sharda University (Indias truly global university with students from 74+ countries) and Sharda Hospital (One of the largest super-specialty hospital & research center in Delhi-NCR). He is also the Founder & CEO of Sharda Tech that provides a comprehensive portfolio of world-class services and solutions for ERP and Digital Marketing.

Mr. Prashant Gupta is the alumni of the very prestigious Nottingham Business School. He has a vast experience in multiple fields of market research, planning business strategy, public relations, and team management. He is among the select young business leaders who have received prestigious honor and recognition from various industry bodies.

Prestigious AsiaOne Magazine awarded Sharda University’s Executive Director Mr. Prashant Gupta as ‘40 Most Influential Asians Under 40’ at a summit held in Singapore recently. The second edition of Asia’s Greatest Brands and Leaders took place at the Roselle Junior Ballroom of Marina Bay Sands Expo and Conventions Centre.

Mr. Prashant Gupta was awarded for taking Sharda University to completely a new level in the global education sphere with his visionary approach. He was recognized as one of the pioneers from 16 industries and 62 sub-industries of Asia.

Ranga, an Engineer and a Post Graduate in Management, has diversified experience in multiple industry segments and in building Institutions. Turned around organisations that he was deployed.

He is with Sharda Group as Director, Strategic Division at Greater Noida. Till recently, he was Heading the Executive Education of IIM Ahmedabad. Earlier, was the Senior Director and Technology Centre Leader of Convergys (a leader in customer care industry, headquartered in Cincinnati USA, with nearly 135000 employees and US $ 3 Billion revenue). The Technology centre that he headed, was the backbone for IT solutions. Besides, was guiding his global team located in India, US and Malaysia.

Prior to Convergys, Was the Regional Governance Leader of HP in their Best Shore Services with a responsibility for Executive interaction with subsidiaries leadership. Taking over Operations role in April 2008, helped turning around the performance of the Business Unit in two months and helped maintaining consistent quarter on quarter growth. Was also responsible for Migration of onsite roles into BestShore. Was a Chairperson of Audit Council besides being a member in different Governing Councils,

Joining HP Global Soft unit in April 2005, took over the Process and Quality Consulting practice and within a short span steered to achieve US $ 25 million turnover. Enlarged the client base and put the business on 30% growth path through reduction of ‘bench’, equipping professionals with multi-skilling and improving net margin through cost management. Changed the focus from CMMI to broader Process and Quality and thus opened out avenues of opportunities such as Business Technology Optimisation. Expanded the scope of activities to Services management and IT Governance. Was given additional roles of User Centric Design and Knowledge Management in 2007.

In 2001, as a Director, took over the leadership of one of the Profit Centres with KPMG India. With a client base of more than 1500 spread over India & ME

Dr. Sibaram Khara received Ph. D. in engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, in next-generation wireless heterogeneous network essentially in the area of interworking network and protocol convergence techniques for cellular and WiFi integrated networks. He completed Electronics and Communication Engineering (UG) and Digital System (PG) from from National Institute of Technology, Allahabad.

His industry and teaching experience expands in wide areas of communication and networking engineering. He successfully completed the project for the defense services, to enhance the automation of Terminal Equipment of Message Switching network for efficient information management. Currently he is serving as Vice Chancellor in Sharda University. Previously, he has served as Pro Vice Chancellor in Galgotias University. Before joining Galgotias University he served as Division Chair for Communication Engineering Division and officiating Program Chair in the school of Electronics Engineering at VIT University, Vellore.

He received Best Paper awards for his analytical model of Cellular/WiFi system (IEEE ADCOM 2008 MIT Chennai and IEEE EWT 2004 (1st), I2IT Pune (3rd)). He was honored as best Research Faculty in the School of Electronics Engineering, VIT University, Vellore for year 2010. His research articles are presented at seminars and conferences in many countries, namely, WEAS02 Athens, IEEE VTC06 Melbourne, IEEE PWC07 Prague, IEEE/ACM SAC10 Switzerland, etc. His major research interests cover the areas of cluster based wireless sensor networks, spectrum mobility in cognitive radio system, call admission control in heterogeneous network and carrier aggregation in LTE-A technology. He visited Goergia Tech, Atlanta, University of Arkansas, University of Massachusetts, Rhode Island University and Brown University, USA. He attended NAFSA 2016 at Denver, USA. He has published number of research papers in reputed International journals and conferences. Professor Khara is well reputed for his innovative teaching pedagogy and techniques which are designed in conformance with Dale Carnegie and Mission 10X concept. He has guided 04 PhD scholars, more than 20 M. Tech and 100 B. tech projects successfully.

He has supervised 04 PhD scholars and completed one DST funded project of 30 lacs. Dr. Khara is the life member of IEI, IETE and member of IEEE. He is editor of International Journal of Research and Reviews in Next Generation Networks (IJRRNGN) (UK) and International Journal of Research and Reviews in Wireless Sensor Networks (IJRRWSN) (UK). He has been the advisory board member of Science Academy Publisher (2010), UK. He has presented more than 50 guest lecturers in workshops and organized several national and international academic events including conferences, training programs, workshops and panel discussions

He is PhD. in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Roorkee, M.Tech & B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Delhi. Prof Parma Nand is having more than 27 years of experience both in industry and academia. He had received various awards like best teacher award from Union Minister, best students project guide award from Microsoft in 2015 and best faculty award from cognizant in 2016. He had successfully completed government funded projects and spearheaded last five IEEE International conferences on Computing, Communication & Automation (ICCCA), IEEE students chapters, Technovation Hackathon 2019, Technovation Hackathon 2020, International Conference on Computing, Communication, and Intelligent Systems (ICCCIS-2021).
He is member Executive Council of IEEE UP section (R-10), member Executive Committee IEEE Computer and Signal Processing Society, member Exec. India council Computer Society, member Executive Council Computer Society of India, Noida section and has acted as an observer in many IEEE conferences. He is also having active memberships of ACM, IEEE, CSI, ACEEE, ISOC, IAENG, and IASCIT. He is life time member of Soft Computing Research Society (SCRS) and ISTE.

He has delivered many invited/key notes talks at International & National Conferences/ Workshops/Seminars in India & abroad. He has published more than 150 papers in peer reviewed international/national journals and conferences. He has also published number of book chapters in reputed publications like Springer Berlin Heidelberg. He has reviewed no. of books for publications like Tata McGraw-Hill, Galgotias Publications etc. and papers in journals of international repute.  He is an active member of advisory/technical program committee of reputed International/National conferences & reviewer of number of reputed Journals e.g. Springer, Elsevier Journal Computers & Electrical Engineering. His research interest includes Computer Graphics, Algorithm, Distributed Computing and Wireless and Sensor networking. He has successfully completed number of government funded projects. Prof. (Dr.) Bhuvnesh Kumar is a highly distinguished academician and researcher, bringing over 37 years of extensive experience to his current role as Distinguished Professor and Dean of Research at Sharda University. His academic journey began at GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, where he earned his Graduate, Post Graduate, and Doctorate degrees in Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Kumar's career path took a notable turn in February 1985 when he joined DRDO as Scientist B under Defence Research & Development Services (DRDS). His unwavering commitment and contributions to high-altitude research and the well-being of troops in challenging mountain terrains led to a remarkable career with DRDO.

His significant achievements include serving as the Director of Defence Institute of Physiology & Allied Sciences (DIPAS), New Delhi, where he made groundbreaking strides in enhancing soldiers' rapid induction and acclimatization to high altitudes. Under his leadership, DIPAS achieved international recognition, earning a Guinness World Record for establishing the world's highest altitude terrestrial research station at Chang La, Leh, situated at an impressive altitude of 17,664 ft.

Dr. Bhuvnesh Kumar has been a prolific researcher, authoring over 130 research papers in national and international peer-reviewed journals. His dedication to advancing scientific knowledge is evident in his credit for numerous patents and technology transfers, aligning with the Make in India mission of the Government of India.

Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Dr. Kumar has received prestigious awards, including the Agni Award for Excellence in Self-Reliance and the Laboratory Scientist of the Year Award. His international recognition includes the Guinness World Records achievement for the Chang La research station and the American Heart Association's Paul Dudley White International Scholar Award.

In his current role at Sharda University, Dr. Bhuvnesh Kumar is actively engaged in fostering a culture of quality research in accordance with the New Education Policy of the Government of India. His leadership roles, both in the military and academia, exemplify a commitment to pushing the boundaries of scientific exploration and contributing to the nation's progress through research and innovation.
