| IIC network has grown to 4000+ numbers of HEIs and the Institutions Innovation Council (IIC) has become a successful model for HEIs to build, streamline, strengthen, and drive campus innovation and startup ecosystems in India. Moreover, the IIC network has turned out to be instrumental in building Intra and inter-institutional partnerships and cooperation which has sped up the IP generation, innovation, and startup outputs from academic institutions by improving I&E awareness level, trained human resources, and pre-incubation/incubation facilities in HEIs. Similarly, more than 3000+ HEIs are also participating in the Atal Ranking of Institutions in Innovation Achievements (ARIIA) which turns to provide a measurable framework for HEIs to benchmark the I&E ecosystem that exists in educational institutions and setting directions in improving the I&E ecosystem through better planning and resource mobilization strategy. |
